Working Family Resource Center partners with a number of organizations to help your employees manage their work and famliy demands.  Whether your goal is to support a healthy workforce, help employees manage their work and family demands, or offer stress management techniques for overall employee wellness, we have resources you can promote to your employees RIGHT NOW.

We recognize the particularly vulnerable time when employees who are new parents are struggling to manage their professional and personal lives. Working Family Resource Center has partnered with the MN Department of Education to provide monthly webinars on a variety of child development topics for parents of children, birth to age 5.  These webinars are available on-demand when your employees need them most.

Mom Enough co-hosts, Dr. Marti Erickson and her daughter, Erin Erickson, provide weekly audio shows on a variety of parenting topics.  Each show is 30 minutes in length and archived for future listening.  Mom Enough topics for the current month are posted on our resource page.  For archived topics, visit the Mom Enough website.

 

Working Family Resource Center offers two e-newsletters for your employees.  Life Balance Digestis a bi-monthly publication designed to help individuals manage the often competing demands of work and family. Each bi-monthly issue provides evidence-based information on parenting, family, consumer, worksite, and personal living topics. Early Learning Digest is a monthly publication offering articles of interest on child development and parenting tools and techniques. This newsletter is provided through a partnership with Minnesota Parents Know , Help Me Grow,Minnesota Department of Education, the Greater Mankato Area United Way,and United Way of Greater Duluth-Success by 6.
