Our Dedicated Staff
The Working Family Resource Center relies on a dedicated and highly trained staff to deliver the resources on which many companies and families have come to rely.
Beth is the Director for the Working Family Resource Center and is passionate about providing education to families so they can better manage the competing demands of work and family. She has a B.S. in Education, and a M.S. in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University - Mankato and is a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations. She has worked extensively with early childhood programs as an educator, manager, and educational trainer. She has spent the past ten years working directly with businesses to support their work life & wellness programs. Beth currently resides in Apple Valley with her husband and daughter. She enjoys camping with her family, gardening, reading, and cooking with her husband.
Michael has his B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of St. Thomas. He has 15 years experience working with early childhood and before and after school programs as a teacher, director and curriculum trainer. In his career in early childhood education, Michael supported quality programs by obtaining accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) for all the programs he directed. He also trained directors and teachers in new educational programs and curriculum. Michael resides with his wife and two school-age children in Lakeville.
Lisa coordinates educational work-life programs for the Working Family Resource Center. She has a B.A. Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of St. Thomas. She has extensive experience with early childhood programs as a recruiter and district manager. She has 9 years of experience working directly with business to support their staffing and work-life programs. Lisa currently resides in Arden Hills with her husband and three children. She enjoys volunteering, cooking, gardening, days at the cabin, and enjoying time with her family and friends.
Working Family Resource Center is dedicated to supporting instructors with the preparation, customizing, and scheduling logistics for presentations. We offer a number of tip sheets and templates for instructors to use as they create, develop and prepare for their scheduled seminars.

Working Family Resource Center is looking for highly credentialed, dynamic presenters in the areas of parenting, family relationships, interpersonal relationships, money management, worksite topics, elder care, aging, and health and wellness.
